Victor Song is a Residential and Commercial Realtor at Royal LePage Sterling Realty. He’s a Real Estate Board of Vancouver’s Master Medallion club award member and also a member of the Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate Division. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Electrical Engineering) from Simon Fraser University. With a background in technology, customer service and entrepreneurship and a keen understanding of local markets, Victor Song is passionate about raising the industry's level of integrity, improving its professionalism, and making its marketing strategies more sophisticated. Victor also works with investors and developers for land assemblies throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.


Victor's clients know him as passionate, creative, and calmly determined, yet what he finds most fulfilling about his career in real estate is the positive impacts he makes on his clients' life by connecting buyers with sellers. A first-generation Chinese Canadian, Victor has lived in Burnaby and Vancouver for more than 3 decades, calling the city his "real home." Victor loves Vancouver's quality of life and its range of activities. In his spare time, Victor is an avid reader, skier and jogger.
